FAMILY DETAILS – Mrs. Shabina Shamshad Siddiqui (Mother of Baby Aiman Fatima). Her father is at home not working as of now due to his weak health condition he is on dialysis. Her mother is a housewife and her elder brother is working in a clothes shop he is the only earning member. They don’t have a fixed source of income they cannot afford the cost of treatment of the baby.

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Aiman Fatima is a student studying in Kamla Mehta School for Blind in 6^th Std. She is visually impaired and she losing her hearing as well, Due to this condition of hers she is unable to study and facing lots of difficulties in day-to-day life.

Her Treatment is going on in Millat Hospital, Mumbai. She has lost 85% of her hearing and 100% eyesight. Hospital has suggested a hearing aid for both Ears.

We request you to support this Nanhi Pari and help is make an impact in the life of this Pari and make her life easy, The school and her parents have approached us with great hope, Your small contribution can this girl’s life easy and better.

They have spent a lot of money on the treatment of the child and exhausted all their resources. Now they are unable to pay for the treatment. We request you please save her daughter’s future.
